2. Shipping times

Once payment has been confirmed, orders are prepared and shipped within an estimated period of 3 to 7 business days.

During high-demand periods or for custom-made products, this timeframe may be extended. In such cases, we will inform the customer of the new estimated delivery time.

Orders are shipped through trusted courier services and delivered to the address provided by the customer.

3. Shipping zones and costs

Mainland Spain: a fixed shipping cost will be applied, indicated during the checkout process.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: may have an additional surcharge depending on the carrier’s rates.

International shipping: currently available only upon prior consultation.
Shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status at any time.
If the customer does not receive this information within a reasonable period, they may request it by contacting our customer service team.

5. Delivery and possible issues

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

If the order cannot be delivered due to an address error or prolonged absence, the cost of a new shipment will be charged to the customer.

In the event of damage during transport, the customer must notify Unikvidre within 48 hours of receiving the package and include photos showing the damage.

6. Packaging and safety

All products are carefully packaged using protective materials suitable for transport.
Our goal is to ensure that each glass piece arrives in perfect condition.
